Questions, answered
What counts as a session?
One conversation with an AI client, from the moment you open it to the moment you end it — including the clinical analysis and transcript afterwards. Follow-up sessions with the same client each count as their own session.
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?
Nothing disappears. You keep full access to every transcript, score, and progress chart you have already earned — you just cannot start a new session until your month rolls over, or you move to a Programs plan.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. Thirty-five is deliberately generous — it works out to more than one session a day.
Is there a student discount?
Practice is already priced for students. If your university is putting a whole cohort through Auven, a Programs plan will almost always be cheaper per student — get in touch and we will work it out with you.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from your settings in a couple of clicks and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No email, no retention call.
Are my sessions private?
Your transcripts are yours. We do not sell them, and we do not show them to anyone else — on a Programs plan, supervisors only see what your institution has agreed to share with them.
